Sea chefs is an internationally experienced service provider in hotel, gastronomy, and crew
management onboard cruise ships and one of the world\u2019s leading partners of shipping companies and tour operators in the cruise industry, with clients such as TUI Cruises Mein Schiff and MSC Cruises.

At the BEEEFFECTIVE<\/strong> logistics center in Salzgitter, we manage more than 1,700 different uniform
items and their accessories for our client. The timely worldwide delivery of incoming uniform orders is of utmost importance for an efficient process.

The data exchange between various customer IT systems and BEEEFFECTIVE<\/strong>\u2019s ERP system plays a
central role in this project. Sea chefs transmit orders electronically, followed by data import at
BEEEFFECTIVE<\/strong>. After the orders are picked, the delivery data, including customs-relevant
information, is digitally transferred to another partner system of sea chefs, where the customs handling of the deliveries is prepared. At the same time, all invoice data is electronically transmitted to sea chefs.

Individual orders from authorized crew members of specific ships are placed worldwide via a specially developed online ordering portal and delivered internationally by BEEEFFECTIVE<\/strong> as single
shipments. An integrated budget management system ensures that only the corresponding uniform
